BALYEAT, Retha Mae, 84, of Zephyrhills, passed away on May 29, 2004. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Stroup of Rome City, Ind. and Joyce Bayes of Zephyrhills; two sons, Thomas Balyeat and Robert Balyeat, both of Avilla, Ind.; stepdaughter, Mary Young of Columbia City, Ind.; stepson, Clifford Balyeat Jr. of Port Mitchel, Ind.; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Balyeat was born in Nappenee [sic], Ind. on November 5, 1919 to Lemuel Miles and Thresa Grace (Manges) Cleveland. She came to Zephyrhills 25 years ago from Indiana and was a Lutheran.
