Janice Everett Carter
CARSON CITY -- A memorial service for Janice Everett Carter, 76, who died Jan. 31, 1996, at Sierra Convalescent Center, is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today at FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory.
A native of Bloomsburg, Penn., she was born Feb. 12, 1919, to Fred and Bernice Everett, and had lived in Carson City for the past 47 years, coming from Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Carter was a homemaker.
Her husband, F.G. "Nick," preceded her in death.
Surviving are daughter, Judy Brown of San Diego; sons, Mark of Carson City and Stephen of Reno; and seven grandchildren.
Cremation will be at the crematory, with private inurnment at a later date.
