She was born on April 23, 1909, in Woodward Township, Clinton County, PA, the daughter of Jacob Keiffer and Matilda Heck.
She was a resident of Lock Haven, PA, and the widow of Bruce Wentz Fenstamaker, Sr. who died in April 1955, in Mill Hall, Clinton County, PA.
Burial on November 17, 1986, at Swissdale Cemetery, Woodward Township, Clinton County, PA.
