Living with Benjamin and Bell Curtis in the 1920 census (listed as Luella B Andrew) and with Belle Curtis in the 1930 census (listed as Lila B. Andrews). In 1940, Bell Curtis is living with Lila Van Scoyk and her husband.
The Harold Langley Family Tree on Ancestry.com (https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/71255740/person/30236229362/facts) has information about Lila and Elmer, but they mistakenly have Lila as daughter of James Luther Williams and Rebecca Grace Lawton.
Middle name of Belle is from https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/90868496/person/80020091231/facts (other places only had middle initial). Some things in that tree are pretty messed up, such as showing Elmer to be Lila's son rather than her husband, but in some other ways it seems to have the best information on Lila (such as having her middle name and having a name for her father). This tree gives her birth date as 28 Jan 1915, whereas a couple of other places have January 29.
