Mrs. Julia Levina Stackhouse Johnson, 71, died Tuesday morning at the local Ware County hospital after a short illness.
A native of Unityville, Pennsylvania being of Pennsylvania Dutch orgin, she had made her home in Waycross for more than 50 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church and the wife of John Wesley Johnson.
She is the daughter of the late John Stackhouse and Lydia Fought Stackhouse of Unityville, Pennsylvania.
Survivors include her husband : John Wesley Johnson of Waycross; her three children:
Miss Cleo Stackhouse Johnson
Mrs. Zula Bush (husband Edward P.)
Mr. William Stackhouse Johnson (all of Danville, Virginia)
also three grandchildren:
Edward Philip Bush Jr.
Wesley Johnson Bush
Julien Nee Bush (all of Danville, Virginia).
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the W.L. Hinson and Company Chapel with the Rev Dr. D.V. Cason officiating her service following burial into Oakland Cemetery.
