John White Brice III, 44, loving son, brother and friend, passed away peacefully May 9, 2010. John was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, August 19, 1965, and graduated from New Tier High School, Winnetka, Illinois and Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, John White Brice, Jr. John is survived by his mother, Patricia Richardson Brice; his brother, Robert Carlton Brice, wife Mary and daughter, Angelica; and his brother, Patrick Richardson Brice, wife Kristin, daughter, Lauren, son, Sean; as well as numerous relatives and friends. John worked in business printing and was an avid golfer. He touched the lives of many people with his kind heart, helping hands and generous spirit. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 17, 2010 at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 12955 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas, with Reverend Suzanna Reedstrom officiating. Flowers may be sent to the church; however, the family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in John's memory to the Children's Shelter, 2939 West Woodlawn Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78228, or a charity of your choice.
