Caroline "Mering" Sommerlatte, was the wife of August Sommerlatte, and the mother of two children.
She arrived in the United States at the Port of Galveston, with her husband two children, and her father in law, June 1, 1858.
Her parent's are unknown and the exact date of her birth and death has not been established. And the location of her burial is not known, it is possible she is also interned in the Sommerlatte Cemetery, in Colorado County, Texas.
