Emma "Sommerlatte" Meier, was the daughter of Friedrich and Johanna "Kulms" Sommerlatte.
Trinity Lutheran Church records in Colorado County, indicates she married Charles J. Meier, on Oct. 24, 1895, in Colorado County, Texas.
Census records indicate that the couple were the parent's of six children.
After extensive research a date of death or place of internment has not been established for Emma, but the last recorded record of her was on the 1910 Census, for Wharton County, Texas. She did not appear on the 1920 Census with her husband.
A estimated date of death is between 1911 to 1918.
