"My wife's daddy, J. W. Brents, baptized Brother Dixon, when he was a young boy. Daddy Jim told me about holding this meeting in a tent. He said he preached his heart out and the only baptism was a little tow-headed boy. He thought his time was wasted and his meeting a failure but the little boy turned out to be Brother Dixon. Before Daddy Jim passed away he had decided it was one of his best and most fruitful meetings." ---John W. Wilson, Gospel Advocate, Jan. 15, 1970, 38.
