Middle name is from the Susan Curtis Knight Family Tree on Ancestry.com.
The name on his death certificate is William Andrew Curtis. Can't really read cause of death; maybe uremic poison. Died at Grace Hospital. His birth date is given as 22 Aug 1847, which I don't think can be right. He is not listed with the family in the 1850 census, and he is listed as 8 years old in the 1860 census. Birth in Aug 1855 is from the 1900 census. The wrong birth date makes it seem like the wrong person, but with parents John Curtis and Louisa Rowe it seems too close to be someone else.
