PERRYTON - Jesse E. BROWNLEE, Jr., 76, of Perryton died Wednesday, September 9.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, September 12, in the First Christian Church of Perryton with the Rev. Harrol Waterbury, pastor of Full Gospel Church, officiating. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Bros. Funeral Home of Perryton.

Mr. BROWNLEE was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on December 1, 1915 and had lived in the Perryton area for 60 years. He married Juanita RUSHING on April 5, 1945 in Austin and was a farmer and rancher.

He attended the University of New Mexico and the University of Texas. An avid pilot, he flew in the Army Air Corps in World War II and had a commercial pilot's license from 1956 to 1990.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita, of Perryton; two daughters, Zaffrin JORDAN of Fort Worth and Betty BROWNLEE of Arlington; one son, Ed BROWNLEE of Denton; and five grandchildren.
