Notes for Archibal Henry Tandy
According to a posting on TANDY-L by Bill Tandy on 4 Nov 1997, the name on his death certificate is Archibald Henry Tandy, cause of death was cerebral apaplexy, and he died at Central Clinic. The death certificate says that he was born on 12 Sep 1850, but all of the family trees I have seen him in show 16 Sep 1850. I guess I'll stay with the 16th for now. Find A Grave lists him as Archibal Henry Tandy, and has a picture of a gravestone with that name, so perhaps all the sources that spell his name Archibald are wrong.
