Aunt Dolly was never really exactly named. They couldn’t find a name good enough for her, because she was the first child. So finally Father said they were going to name her Elizabeth. But she always hated it. That was for Grandma Snyder. But she hated that name Elizabeth, so she would never go by it. They started to call her Dolly when she was a baby, so she just went by the name of Dolly. Her name was Dolly Elizabeth, but she would never own that Elizabeth, so she was just Dolly.
