Husband's name is listed as Charles in the Ridge Park Cemetery information for Louis [sic] S. Champlin. Middle initial of H and other information are from Ancestry World Tree at http://awt.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=poppopo&id=I7751. Middle name of Henry is from World War I Draft Registration Card at Ancestry.com.
He is listed in the 1910 census in Addison, NY, with wife Louise S. and children Celeste K. and William A. In the 1920 census, after Louise's death, he is listed in Denver, CO, with wife Selma H. and children Seleste and William. In the 1930 census, he is listed in Denver with wife Selma and daughter Sylvia (age 8).
Some (most) records give his birth year as 1880, but I'm pretty sure I found him in the 1880 census, 7 months old, so I think the 1879 is correct, as in http://awt.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=poppopo&id=I7751.
The Last Door Upper Level family tree on Ancestry.com (http://person.ancestry.com/tree/287873/person/24430763640/facts) shows his second wife's name as Selma Helen Beck and his daughter with her as Sylvia Mae Champlin.
Find A Grave (listing for Charles H Champlin) gives a death date of 9 Oct 1948, but in a note says that is the burial date.
