Samuel Pearce Trewolla was born in England on February 6, 1795 and baptized on February 8, 1795 at St. Clement's Parish, Truro, Cornwall County, England. He was in the state of Virginia prior to 1818 having come to America with his brother, Henry, and his sister, Nancy. He died about 1829 in Greenville County, Virginia and is buried in Greenville County, Virginia. He married Rowena Laphand on July 14, 1765 at St. Agnes Parish in Cornwall County, England.
