Obit in The Paducah Sun Democrat: Kevil, Ky - April 25 (1962): David Hook, one year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hook of Kevil Rt 2 died at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah at 3:15pm today.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm at the Kevil Baptist Church with the Rev. Garland Sills officiating. Burial will be in the Newton Creek Cemetery. Besides his parents, the youth is survived by a sister, Marchia Fay Hook; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Fred Hook of Kevil Rt 2 and Mr. & Mrs. Felix Thompson Kevil Rt 3; and a great grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hill of Kevil Rt 2.
