Notes for Thomas Edward Brents

Brents Genealogy listed him as Thomas Elias Brents Jr. However, according to an e-mail from Daniel Brents (his grandson), his name was actually Thomas Edward Brents, but he called himself Thomas E. Brents Jr. Daniel noted that he "was a deputy U.S. Marshall and a colorful character, licensed to practice law in several states and also a pharmacist." Daniel also said that the family moved to Marietta, in Indian Territory, in 1887.
