Notes for Thomas Mayfield
In his death record on Ancestry.com (Kentucky, Death Records, 1852-1953), it says he died of cholera. His parents are listed as Thos. and Mary Mayfield. The Ancestry.com listing has the wrong date and place of death. They also have an image of the actual death register, though, and in that it can be seen that someone read his death info from the wrong line.
