Middle name is from the probate case file for her grandmother, Marie L. Isbell (listed as Celeste Sandidge, a/k/a/ Ida Celeste Sandidge).
The Ingle Family Tree on Ancestry.com has a copy of a bible page at http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/113287/person/-2070026905/media, which appears to show Celest Sandidge born on 4 Mar 1881. However, her death certificate shows her birth date as 9 Mar 1881, and the informant was her half-sister, Mrs. W. A. Reynolds, who should have known.

MISS CELESTE SANDIDGE
At the home of Mrs. Alec Reynolds, 2711 Garfield in Kansas City, Miss Celeste Sandidge passed away, after a lingering illness of several months, Thursday night, April 10.
Mrs. Jennie Sandidge, the mother of the deceased, who has been connected with the Missouri Colony since its organization, went to Kansas City on an early C. & A. train, Friday morning.
The name on her death certificate is Celeste Sandidge. Cause of death was chronic Brights disease. Died at 2711 Garfield, Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO. She is listed as single and with a last name of Sandidge, so presumably she never married. The informant was Mrs. W. A. Reynolds of 2711 Garfield, who was Celeste's half-sister (see notes for Jane "Jennie" Brown).
