Notes for William A. Sandidge
The York manuscript says he was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. Last name spelled Sandridge in the Martin Sandidge manuscript (he is called William A. Sandridge III in the Martin Sandidge manuscript.) Martin Sandidge says that he signed the Albemarle Declaration of Independence in 1779 and was wounded at Brandywine in the Revolutionary War.
