Notes for Thomas Phillips
According to the McReynolds family biographical sketch, he came to Philadelphia about 1797. He moved to Paris, KY the next year and married Susan Reeder in 1803. They moved to Todd Co., KY in 1806, about two miles from Elkton, and lived there the rest of their lives.
