Notes for Hayden Edwards Reeves
The Willis Long Reeves family bible has his full name as Haden Edwards Reeves, and the Handbook of Texas Online lists his grandfather as Haden Edwards. There are other records with the spelling Haden, but his gravestone on Find A Grave has Hayden Edwards Reeves. Hayden Jr.'s gravestone on Find A Grave has that spelling as well. I guess I will use Hayden here. Also, the bible record shows his birth date as 27 Apr 1838, but his gravestone says 28 Apr 1839. What gives?
