Craig Gathright spelled her name Mary Luvinia Cole. A transcription in Georgia Bible Records on Ancestry.com (image 443) gives her name as Mary Louvenia Cole.

MRS. SHADRICK DEAD
Mrs. Shadrick died at her home east of town Sunday night after a short illness. She was about 75 years old. Interment was in Foss cemetery Monday. The Enterprise extends sympathy to the family.
I requested a death certificate for her, but the State of Oklahoma was unable to find one for me.
