Connie was the daughter of Levi Rufus Cobb and Ida Malissa Gathright Cobb. In 1919, Connie Cobb and Edson Ross Eby were married, and they were divorced in 1927. Connie and Edson had a son and daughter. On 28 November 1927, Connie and Harry James Kendall were married in Billings, Yellowstone, Montana. On 4 December 1930, Connie married James W. Ryan in Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana.
Alexander "Sanders" Cobb, Connie's great grandfather, served in the War of 1812 from South Carolina. 2nd Lt. Miles Gathright, Connie's 2nd great grandfather, is a documented Daughters of the American Revolution soldier and patriot. Sgt. Simon Gentry, Connie's 2nd great grandfather, served in the military during the American Revolution from South Carolina.
